Before Care is offered to all PCA students from 7a.m. - 7:30a.m. and After Care is offered from 3:00 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Students in after care will participate in an organized physical activity for a portion of the time, with an hour dedicated to working in a focused and on-task study hall.

Before / After Care = $55.00 a week ($11.00/day)
Before Care is 7a.m. - 7:30a.m. and After Care is from 3:00 p.m. - 6 p.m.
*A $1.00 per minute late fee will be charged after 6:00PM

Payment should be submitted to the main office or mailed directly to the school a week before the scheduled care.

A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed, if payment is not received the week after the scheduled care. Students will not be able to attend the after care service if parent(s) or guardian(s) have an outstanding balance of more than $50.00. ​

The funds collected are used to pay the employees that provide the before and after care service and purchase supplies for the entire faculty.

Any parent that utilizes this service 3 or more days will be charged for the week. The Before/After School program is only provided during scheduled school days and will be announced in weekly newsletters if it will be offered on ½ days.
